Avanthi’s Research and Technological Academy has occupied a foremost place in the field of technical education since its inception in 2008 by the Avanthi Educational Society.
The society under the leadership of Sri. M.Srinivasa Rao M.L.A Bheemili as a chairman was started in the year 1992.Within a short span of its establishment, the group has made a remarkable stride in the field of education offering various courses at Under Graduate,Post Graduate, Pharmacy & Engineering levels. The institution has been adjudged many times as the second best educational institutions in the twin cities and 16th
best in all over India through the impartial survey by the renowned magazine “India Today”.
The society main aim is to impart Education in the rural areas.
Our Students
ARTA started functioning with four branches CSE, IT, ECE, EEE at bachelor level and MBA at Master level with an intake of 300 and now the intake has been increased to 556. The CIVIL and MECHANICAL branches has been introduced at bachelor level and M.Tech (CAD/CAM), M.Tech (Power Electronics) at master’s level. ARTA is established with a vision to inspire and motivate the students to assimilate knowledge and education with which they excel and serve the nation with zeal and enthusiasm. The goal and mission of ARTA is to strive towards the development and dissemination of knowledge in diversified academic and professional fields in the rural areas of vizianagram and Visakhapatnam. There are well equipped laboratories for all branches. The college has well-committed and dedicated faculty.
About Department
The Department of CSE was established in the year 2008 with an annual intake of 60 students. This course gives a broad understanding of computers and its Design and applications with significant technical knowledge. The Department is equipped with three computer laboratories with all facilities.M.Ramesh Kumar leads the Department with the support of 3 Associate Professors, 10 Assistant Professor, well qualified and experienced. The Department of CSE has succeeded in placing the students in different MNC’S for its first batch.
